Cancellation Policy

At Sippin’ w/Honey, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and quality in every order. From our carefully curated wine selections to our handcrafted charcuterie experiences, we put great care and effort into ensuring that your experience is nothing short of exceptional.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and cancellations may be necessary. While we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible, we also dedicate significant time and resources to preparing each order. For this reason, we kindly ask that all cancellations adhere to our designated cancellation window.

Cancellation Timeframe: When can a customer cancel a purchase? All customers must initiate any cancellation within 24hrs of their purchases. This will prevent both Sippin’ w/Honey and the customer from accruing any shipping & handling fees. (See Terms & Conditions).

Cancellation fees: Any charges associated with cancellation (e.g., restocking fees, processing fees, etc.) will be applied and deducted from the customer’s refund amount. However, if customer choose a shop credit, the customer will be solely responsible for shipping & handling fees. (See Terms & Conditions).

Refund process: How and when refunds will be issued? All refunds will be processed and completed within 7 to 10 business day. The customers can have any approved refund processed to the original payment method or they could choose a shop credit, shipping & handling fees will apply. (See Terms & Conditions).

Exceptions: Circumstances where cancellation might not be possible. 24 hours is Key! All custom order are not eligible for cancellation. However, if the cancellation isn’t initiated within 24hrs of ordering, the cancellation will not be honored. This exception is due the fact that the orders are specific and tailored per the requesting customer. Please refer to our Terms & Condition page.
